Beginning March 18th 2023, Eugene Family Acupuncture will be an

OUT OF NETWORK provider with most major insurance companies.

Many insurance companies still have out-of-network coverage, so this does not mean you cannot use your insurance benefits. It means now your acupuncture will be covered under your OUT of network benefits. This also means each person pays at time of service, and, upon request, will receive a detailed receipt (also known as a superbill) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Your insurance company reimburses you directly, not EFA.

​Eugene Family Acupuncture treats patients involved in Motor Vehicle Accident claims on a case-by-case basis.

We also take Benny/Health Savings cards.
